Service Levels:
Pick Up
Recommended for smaller orders. Clients can arrange to pick up their order directly from the catering department. Required for orders under $180.00
Delivery
Recommended for meetings, conferences, and smaller events. Our staff will deliver your order to your desired location. Free for orders above the $180.00 minimum.
Banquet
Our staff will deliver your order and for an additional cost remain at your event to replenish. Arrangements for centerpieces, linens and china rental can also be made at your request.

To place a catering order, please complete one of the following forms:
- Complete New Food Requests and Special Event Requests Form. To authenticate on SharePoint you need a Domain account (mc\username or llu\username).
- For external customers (non-LLU only), please complete this Request Form for all other inquiry.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does catering have a minimum?
There is no minimum sales amount for a pick-up order; however, there are minimum quantities for most menu items (generally 10-12 servings). The minimum food sales for all campus delivery orders is $180.00.
What if an item I want is not on the menu?
Not a problem. The menu is just a small sample of items that we make regularly. So just let us know what items you would like.
When is the last day to place my order?
Your order should be placed and confirmed before Tuesday at 4 pm the week before your event to avoid a late charge.
What is your cancelation policy?
Your order should be canceled before Tuesday at 4 pm the week before your event to avoid a cancelation charge.
