Enrollment Verification:

An Enrollment Verification provides verification of student status. Some lenders require an Enrollment Verification to defer loans. It can also be used for gaining employment, scholarship applications, or insurance discounts.

The document includes student's name, date of birth, LLU ID number, last four digits of SSN, current mailing address, college, major and degree sought, expected graduation date, beginning and ending dates for each term, number of units registered and enrollment status (i.e., full-time, half-time, or less-than-half-time) for each term.

Degree Verification:

A degree verification provides verification of degree completion. The document includes student’s name, date of birth, LLU ID number, last four digits of SSN, current mailing address, college, major, graduation date, and degree obtained.

Note: If you have an additional form that needs to be filled out by University Records, you can attach it to the request. Please note that all available products are listed on the Parchment site, but this does not necessarily mean you qualify for all options.
