An Enrollment Verification provides verification of student status. Some lenders require an Enrollment Verification to defer loans. It can also be used for gaining employment, scholarship applications, or insurance discounts.
Enrollment Verifications include:
Student's name, date of birth, LLU ID number, last four digits of SSN, current mailing address, program, degree sought and major, expected graduation date, beginning and ending dates for each term, number of units registered and status full-time, half-time, or less-than-half-time for each term.
If you have an additional form that needs to be filled out by University Records, you can attach it to an Enrollment Verification request.
Enrollment Verification Request Log in and select "Order Documents"
