Spring expected graduates and those students eligible to participate (march) in the commencement ceremony, please be sure the Office of University Records has the following information:

  1. Your Correct Height, Weight, and Hat Size

    • Please review your regalia measurements in Banner Web under Personal Information to ensure the correct regalia size is ordered.

      Regalia (cap/gown) information

      • Regalia is ordered for those students who are eligible to participate (march) in the commencement ceremony.
      • Regalia will be distributed by your school. For additional information, contact your school.

  2. Your Correct Name

    • Check your name as it appears on our student record system. This is how it will appear on your diploma. Your permanent record and diploma should reflect your legal name. If you need to make a name change, please complete the form, "Change of Name Request." Read the form carefully as supporting documentation is required to process a name change. Diplomas are pre-ordered for those students who are expected to finish their degree requirements at the end of spring quarter and are eligible to march in the commencement ceremony. These students must process name changes by March 1, 2024 in order to have their name printed correctly on the diploma. Students who process a name change after March 1, 2024 will be charged $100 to reorder their diploma. These diplomas will not be pre-ordered.

  3. Your Current Mailing Address

    • Please review your current mailing address in Banner Web under Personal Information to ensure this information is correct (Login ).
