Note: If you have an additional form that needs to be filled out by University Records, you can attach it to the request. Please note that all available products are listed on the Parchment site, but this does not necessarily mean you qualify for all options.

Notes on Payment Information:

  1. Transcript request fees are not refundable.
  2. A credit card is required for payment.
    • PDF transcripts: $7 each
    • Paper transcripts: $12 each
  3. Requests are processed within 1-2 business days. There is an additional fee for overnight shipping.
