Graduate in Absentia (Students)
Requests to graduate in absentia are granted by the President, at the recommendation of the Dean. Students petitioning to graduate in absentia will need to complete our online form and their diploma will be mailed to them following commencements.
Regalia Order Form - Limited Use (faculty only)
As a member of the Loma Linda University faculty, you are requested to join the academic procession at the Baccalaureate and Conferring of Degrees of the school(s) where you hold an appointment (primary or secondary). Emeritus faculty, Vice Presidents, SR and Library faculty are invited to join any or all events.
If you do not own appropriate academic regalia, the University will purchase limited-use regalia which you can keep and reuse. This limited-use regalia may be picked up in your respective Dean’s office the week prior to the commencement ceremony in which you will participate. Please use this form (link below) to order your limited-use regalia; orders must be submitted by April 4, 2025.
