• Coordinating Committee for Significant Interest Group 6 (SIG 6), Hearing and Hearing Loss: Research and Diagnostics, a committee serving clinical and research interests in these areas for our national organization (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association or ASHA) by publishing a peer-reviewed online journal entitled Perspectives on Hearing and Hearing Loss, assisting in the development of continuing education unit training activities, and assisting in the selection of research presentations for the annual ASHA Convention. Community Service

• Health Advisory Board, San Jancinto, CA Headstart Program I and my graduate students provide annual hearing screening services to identify preschool age children who have any degree of hearing loss.  I also serve on their advisory board as a consultant. (09/2008 - 05/2015)
