Media Services - Events & Media are here to help you prepare for your class, meeting, presentation, or event. We provide the necessary media equipment that allows you to showcase and share this event. 

We need at least two weeks in advance to schedule, but more advance notice is strongly encouraged and appreciated. This will allow us time to schedule a technician.  

Before submitting an AV, please review our disclaimer:  

  • Media Services technicians are available to assist you during the hours of 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Mon. - Thu., 7:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Fri. at no cost to you.

  • Technicians are scheduled to arrive 30 minutes before the start time and stay 30 minutes after for take down. The rate of $50/hr applies to requests after the stated hours or if the option to have a technician stay for the duration of the event is requested. You can submit an ICR to LLU Educational Technology Services to cover the AV charges. 
  • A Media Services technician is REQUIRED for the duration of an event taking place outside stated hours.
