We're here to support you through the challenges that come with COVID-19. If you need help, please explore the spiritual and mental health resources below.

Support, Coping, and Self-Care

The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted our daily lives. LLU is committed to supporting you not only physically, but mentally.

We encourage you to take breaks from watching, reading, or listening to news stories, including social media if you are feeling overwhelmed or distressed. Focus on eating healthy, exercising, getting sleep, and finding time to unwind. Additional self-care resources are available on the OnePortal.

Are you feeling overwhelmed with emotions like sadness, depression, and/or anxiety? The Employee & Student Assistance Program and Student Health Service are here for you. We encourage you to talk to people you trust.

The Student Program (SAP) provides high-quality psychotherapy for a wide variety of issues including personal, work, and academic. The SAP is free and confidential. To make an appointment, please call 909-558-6050.

If you feel like harming yourself or others, please call 911. Additional resources include:

Students who are experiencing food insecurities or homelessness should reach out to their respective Deans for assistance.
