Using the experiences gained from the pilot study, we are collecting prostate cancer tissue samples from vegans and non-vegetarians among Whites in Adventist Health Study-2. The purpose is to compare DNA methylation patterns in prostate cancer tissues and adjacent normal prostate tissues for vegans and non-vegetarians.
