  • Reactivation of factor 8 inhibitor on emicizumab prophylaxis in a previously tolerized patient. Abstract : PWH with history of inhibitors need to be closely watched for the resurgence of inhibitors while on bypassing therapies, as subsequent exposure to recombinant factor product may pose a immune "re-challenge" that needs close surveillance.   (03/2023)
