About Marc J. Debay, MD, PhD

Dr. Marc Debay is a Family and Preventive Medicine physician who cares for patients of all ages.  His clinical interests include full-scope primary care, women’s health and family centered maternity care, and lifestyle and integrative medicine. He has a special interest in developing quality health services for underserved populations. 

In addition to patient care, Dr. Debay has served as a public health physician in Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East. His experience includes program planning, implementation, and evaluation at the community, district, and the highest levels in national Ministries of Health and international organizations. 

His areas of expertise include reproductive, maternal, neonatal and child health; HIV/AIDS and other infectious diseases; behavior change communication; post-conflict rehabilitation of health services; health system strengthening; health information systems; quality management and organizational development; and training of physicians and other health professionals for global service.
