The DrPH in Health Education is for those who are interested in advancing to leadership roles in departments of public health in local, state, national, or international settings; in university and other academic settings; and in the field of public health research and consultation. This program is designed for applicants with minimal or no experience, as well as applicants with two years or more experience (teaching, research, publications, etc,).

M.P.H. degree in health education, health behavior, or health promotion; or a master's degree in a health-related field preferred
Postmaster's degree work experience preferred

GPA of 3.5 or higher

To qualify for financial aid, most students must be enrolled at least half time in an aid eligible program and be taking degree requirements. Half time is 6 units in a quarter for undergraduate programs and 4 units in a quarter for graduate programs.
