Community Service

• Teach "Open Lab" for D1 Restorative Lab Students on Tuesday from 8 to 5 pm most every week.  Teach "Open Lab" for D2 Prosthodontics Lab Students on Sunday from 2 to 6 pm, on about one Sunday a month.  (07/2023 - 06/2024)
• I sometimes stay one or two evenigs per week after 5 pm to help the students say up to date on their Lab Courses, or to help them with their Patients Lab Cases, and I may stay 1 to 2 hours in the evening to help them. When I was in Dental School, a Dr. Ed Johnston, a Prosthodontist, he used to come in after hours to help me and others understand and complete our lab work, and his efforts made it much easier for us. Now, I am trying to 'Pay Forward' or 'Pay down the Road' for the gracious help that Dr. Ed Johnston used to give to us, help that I and many other dental students were very grateful for!
