- Bridging the Gap: Evaluating Preceptor Perceptions to Inform Competency-Based Academic–Practice Alignment for AGACNP Readiness in Academic Medical Centers This DNP project evaluates acute care nurse practitioner preceptors’ perceptions of new graduate AGACNP practice readiness and the competencies most important for successful transition to practice. Findings will be used to identify potential gaps between academic preparation and clinical expectations and inform strategies to strengthen academic–practice alignment. (01/2024 - 06/2027)
