My main objective as an LLU faculty is to train public health and nutrition students about the importance of a healthy lifestyle (including the value of nutritious foods and a well-balanced diet) in optimizing health and wellness, and lowering the risk for chronic diseases.  Providing this information is especially important for many high need communities and populations throughout the world.
