“National Jewish Health Adult Granulomatous Lymphocytic Interstitial Lung Disease (GLILD) Registry”
We conducted a retrospective study in which patients at a single academic medical center were categorized into three cohorts based on the nature of their pulmonary conditions: CVID-alone, CVID-bronchiectasis, and CVID-GLILD. We used a Kruskal-Wallis test to compare the medians of the three groups. In addition, we enrolled patients in a prospective study involving annual quality of live (QOL) surveys to track disease progression and impact on quality of life.
