Topics include an in depth review of vision and generative moments, organizing your mind and your emotions, a practical skills assessment, three one-hour mentoring sessions, lifestyle medicine for coaches, and national board exam preparation.   • Health and Wellness Core Coach Training, Wellcoaches Corporation An Approved Transition Program that consisted of 90-minute courses one time per week for 18 weeks. The primary curriculum lesson topics included Defining the Role of the Coach, Growth-Promoting Relationships, Thriving: Being Skills and Coaching Presence, and Expressing Compassion.   • Difficult Conversations in Healthcare: Teaching and Practice Course, Institute for Professionalism & Ethical Practice, an Institute of Boston Children’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School This seven-hour course was completed to learn more about using Appreciative Inquiry (AI) approaches and processes to facilitate interprofessional collaboration, relationship-centered healthcare, teaching and learning within various institutions.   • Program for Educators in Health Professions, Harvard Macy Institute, a collaborative effort of Harvard Medical School, the Harvard Graduate School of Education, and Harvard Business School The scholar program is built upon teaching and learning, curriculum, evaluation, leadership, educational research and information technology and consisted of two sessions in residence at Harvard Medical School for an 11-day winter session and a six-day spring session. Learning formats included whole-group presentations, interactive exercises, problem-based learning, observations, reflective use of journals, and discussion in large and small groups.
