As Course Director and Instructor of Patient-Centered Care II at Loma Linda University School of Dentistry, Division of General Dentistry, I have a strong passion for teaching, especially first- and second-year dental students and ensuring they are well-prepared to enter clinical setting by the end of their second year.
I thoroughly enjoy working with students in both classroom and clinical settings. In my course, students learn to assess patients, formulate diagnoses, and develop comprehensive and integrated treatment plans. They also engage in hands-on clinical activities with their peers, gaining practical experience before beginning direct patient care. One of the most rewarding aspects of my role is witnessing their transformation from novice learners into confident, capable clinicians.
