Committee Membership (LLU)

• Patient Satisfaction - Improving physician communication at discharge Part of the committe that worked to improve resident education in patient communication verbally as well as written instructions. Efforts to overall improve NRC scores. (07/2022 - 06/2023)
• Pediatric Pneumonia Committee Review pathways and ordersets to manage pediatric pneumonia improving workflows and processes. (04/2023 - Present)
• Pediatric Chest-tube committee Part of the initiation of this group to formulate a workflow or process to educate and train hospitalists to be able to manage chest tubes. (03/2023 - Present)
• Pediatric Resident Coach Meet with and review progress of assigned coachee periodically reviewing individualized learning plans and goals. (08/2022 - Present)
• PIQ (Patient Inquiry) co-director Arranging for quarterly meetings with PIQ faculty working on improving the curriculum and troubleshooting issues that arise as well recruiting and orienting new faculty to PIQ.  (07/2022 - Present)
