  • Pediatric Hospitalist lead on national quality improvement VIP project: LIGHT Aiming to implement the new 2022 hyperbilirubinemia guidelines with 4 major aims: reduce subthreshold phototherapy initiation, reduce IVF use, obtainment of DAT, and reduce checking rebound bilirubin levels. Hospitalist lead involved in gathering data and implementing change among hospitalists, nursery, and NICU providers. (09/2022 - 05/2024)
