About Christopher J. Jacobson, PharmD

Christopher (CJ) Jacobson graduated with a Pharm.D. from the Loma Linda University School of Pharmacy in 2015, where he developed his passion for diabetes management while volunteering at a local diabetes camp. He did his PGY 1 ambulatory care focused residency at the W.G. (Bill) Hefner Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Salisbury North Carolina and a pediatric endocrine fellowship with a focus on type 1 diabetes at the Loma Linda University School of Pharmacy.  He was recently hired as an Assistant Professor at the Loma Linda University School of Pharmacy where he will focus on Endocrinology and Self-Care. CJ is currently working to help integrate clinical pharmacy services into a new comprehensive diabetes care center at Loma Linda University.
