About Erin M. Heim, MSN

My goal as an educator is to provide students with the experiences needed to help them enter the nursing workforce as competent and caring professionals. This is accomplished through reflection activities aimed to engage the students in critical thinking and reassessment activities based on experiences in the clinical setting.  Nursing education should not simply be a focus on the acquisition of knowledge, but on helping students become compassionate individuals capable of caring for the whole person.
