Rendon, MD, Wichit Srikureja, MD, Alexandros Coutsoumpos, MD, Rowena McCann, MSN- ACNP, Allen Murga, BS* We are reviewing patients who are post Roux-Y-gastric bypass who developed the need for endoscopic acces of the remnant stomach, duodenum, bile or pancreatic duct for purposes of diagnosis and/treatment. This review will include patients whose endoscopy, ERCP or endoscopic ultrasound have been performed with the assistance of open or laparoscopic surgery, or by interventional radiology. A literature review of similar caseses (case studies and/or case series) will also be performed and a clinical management protocol will be developd for these very complex/difficult cases that require a multidisciplinary approach. If our findings are significant we will consider writing a manuscript and submitting it for publication in a peer-reviewed journal.
