My mission is to lead my program in cultivating a learning community that fosters excellent academic education with an ethical and spiritual emphasis that fosters human growth and development.

With over 25 years of nursing experience, I have specialized in various areas of Critical Care Nursing, including Adult, Surgical, Medical, Oncology, Thoracic, Neurology, and Cardiac surgical care. I have held multiple roles in higher education. I am an expert educator in critical adult medical-surgical nursing concepts, both in the classroom, clinical, and precepting settings, as well as in Nursing Research, Nursing Leadership, Master’s Capstone, and DNP Projects
