Research Interests:

The role of nut consumption in cardiovascular risk factors and IHD prevention, dietary assessment methodology, and dietary factors in the prevention and management of diabetes. Dietary characteristics of vegetarian children and adults, anthropometric parameters of vegetarian children and adults.

Controlled trials on the effect of nut composition and CVD risk factors. Co-investigator on the AHS-2, calibration studies of dietary questionnaires.
