REGISTRATION

Thank you for your interest in attending the 25th International Council for Physical Activity and Fitness Research Symposium. There are four ways to register for this symposium.

Register Online

You will be taken to a secure page to enter your registration and payment information. Once we have successfully charged your credit card, we will purge your financial information from our database.


Register by Phone

Call Venice Brown at (909) 558-4595. Be prepared to give her the information requested on the registration form.

Register by Fax

Print the registration form, fill it out, then fax it to Venice Brown at (909) 558-0182.

Register by Mail

Print the registration form, fill it out, and mail it to:

Register at the Symposium

On-site Registration will be available at the Wong Kerlee International Conference Center Tuesday morning from 7 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., and Wednesday and Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.

Registering online, by phone, or by fax will require payment by credit card. Registration by mail can be paid by credit card or by check (US dollars only). You will receive confirmation of your registration within one week. Any form of payment will be acceptable for registrations at the congress venue.

Full symposium (3 days; includes reception) $385 $450
One day only $200 $250
Full-time students/post-doctoral fellows (validation of student status required; 3 days; includes reception) $175 $225
Short oral and poster presenters (3 days; includes reception and banquet) $325 $450
Additional banquet tickets for guests $30 $40

 

Invitation Letter

If you need an invitation letter to help process your visa for travel to the United States, please contact Venice Brown by e-mail at vbrown@llu.edu. Provide her with your name and mailing address and advise if the letter can be sent to you in PDF format by return e-mail.

Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel your registration a request for the refund of fees must be sent in writing to Venice Brown at vbrown@llu.edu. An administrative fee of $50 will be applied. All refunds will be sent after the Symposium is concluded. Rather than canceling your registration, you may send someone in your place at no extra charge. Please contact Venice Brown at vbrown@llu.edu or (909) 558-4595 for this option.
